Sub and Amp in 2016 Maxima question
#41
Yes it does, SQ and output is great. The sub is getting 600 watts of power which is plenty for an efficient Hybrid Audio Clarus Subwoofer. Function and sound was the top important things when building this. The design and function has a purpose. The grill was designed similar to the front door speaker grill. To follow the oem door panel grill. The grill cloth hides the sub so you don’t see the sub but doesn’t block the sound. Press metal grill is to protect the sub from damage from things in the trunk.

I have the same LC2i. How did you run your inputs from your rear speakers? Did you tap in before or after the amp? Also, did you use both sets of pos/neg wires? I heard that is what's required but, wasnt too sure about that.

Yep this is the one I’m using. I’m helping out a guy I know down the street with this install. I usually never use LOC, but I know this one is pretty good. I think I’m going to run the power wire on the glovebox side. Just need to remove it now to get the grommet.
