Only 1 of 2 fog lights working each side? Opt7

Help!! Just installed opt7 hit H11 fog lights and when on only one of the 2 lights on each side turn on? Both sides the inside bulbs don't fire up? Can't be fuse because the outside LEDs work and only one fuse 15amp under hood. Ordered 2 kits and installed one per side. What gives?

Issue was measure twice cut once........ Turned out bulbs were not making contact from harness. Tore apart again and troubleshooted... Pressed harder and here we are!!! Great match to factory LED's. No need to put bigger fuse In either....:.so far😄😄

I was told that installing higher fuse rating may potentially melt the harness due to higher current - hotter. no?
