Elbow dent on door trim

Elbow dent on door trim
I took a 3 hour trip this weekend and I guess my elbow was propped up on the door trim near the window. Now there is a dent in the faux leather.
Has anyone else had this happen and what's the best way to make it go away? It's been a couple days now and it's still there.
