All they need to do is order the part number that is linked to your VIN. At least that's how they fixed mine.

Hello I am looking for someone that has the SD card to a stock 2017 or 2018 Maxima with apple car play and/or Android auto. I really just want the files off it but if you are no longer using it and would send it to me that would be great. Any help is appreciated.

I’m seeing the same thing. I believe the current map update is supposed to be V13 from 2021.

I've read so many posts regarding trying to update the maps and the owner getting his GPS/radio bricked that I hesitate to update. I just use my Galaxy s23 for GPS'ing and it is just fine.
