I'm wondering how much functionality is only available on the touchscreen of a 2017 Platinum. Also, does the car require you to hit a button or a series of buttons to "accept" a legal disclaimer each time you start it? Thanks.

 

It shouldn't ask you to "accept" every time, that sounds like a bug. I think I get a question about transmitting car data to Nissan maybe once a month, but that's about it

I only use the touchscreen, haven't had a chance to get familiar with the joystick/dial thing yet.

 

I asked due to the annoying behavior of my current car's nav. I am looking at the Max with intent to purchase so no experience with one yet.
