i dont remember vs the silverado...wouldnt have mattered anyway

This is another thread in the "drag race series". I guess we all need to get used to the idea that the 8th gen Max is not the fastest from zero out there. Understand that and live with it, or if that matters that much, get another car ...

And I agree with the previous poster who said the 0-60 is not the only thing that matters. Case in point: I once owned a 2000 Camry LE V6, 194 HP. Pretty nice car for the times, nice, smooth, effortless acceleration. Loved it. Then, fast forward to last year, I drove a 2019 Camry four cylinder, 200 HP. Totally disappointed, not nearly the same thing. The car was struggling to get up to speed, felt heavy, slow, even though I'm sure its 0-60 is shorter than that of my 2000 Camry ...
