Apple Carplay

Just bought a Nissan Maxima 2017 SV and I realized it is missing the SD card. Also, some of the features are greyed out including carplay.
Is the SD card issue also greying out CarPlay?
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!!

And another question where can I find the serial number to order a SD card since I cannot access the info button on the screen?

Maxima 2017 SD Card

Is there a workaround for the NISSAN SD CARD? I only need my apple carplay to work and don't need the maps(nissan) at all. Would the carplay work if a normal sd card was inserted?
