I searched the thread and couldn't find an answer so sorry if someone has already posted this, but...
Can anyone tell me what this relay is for (circled in red.) It's on the right front of the engine compartment between the washer resevoir and the radiator cap as you can see. I looked up the numbers printed on the relay (25230-79917) and it had been identified on some sites as associated with either the AC system, the ABS system or the fog lights. I have wiring diagrams from Mitchell and none of the diagrams for those systems indicate a relay in that location. Any clues???

Why are you asking? On my 2017 SL the cabling appears to travel down to the fog light area. One way I would check is to pull the relay and see if your fog lights work. If they still work, then check your AC operation. If that works, and you are certain that the only other system is the ABS, then it probably controls that, BUT I WOULD NOT BET MY FRONT OR REAR BUMPERS, MUCH LESS MY LIFE ON IT!!. Call a local dealer to be certain. You don't want to mess with anything that controls your braking.
So after some additional digging into my wiring diagrams, it LOOKS like this relay is for the daytime running lights. I will pull the relay later today to verify...
