Angry Nissan Secret Diagnostic Menu (SD Card)

Hi,
This is my third post here. Sorry for bugging you guys but I am really frustrated with my Nissan Dealer. First I waited for weeks to get my SD card and when it arrived, it is asking for "Active key".
Called my dealer he does not have it. So, I tried researching online and entered the secret diagnostic menu. I will be attaching the photos of the all versions information. If someone has been through this, please help me out.
The dealer ordered the chip that has number: "25920-9DD0E".

If you notice in the picture: The ITM Part number says: 9DD0A
and the ITM Configuration number is: 4RA5A.

Please give your insights guys.
Thanks!

But how did you reach the screen with the title, "Vehicle Data Transmission". I thought it took your system an awful long time to boot up after you started the engine. so your system must have been in some other mode? Did I miss something?
