2016 Nissan Maxima Noise down the rear glass

The sound comes from behind the rear seats inside the trunk

Do you hear this noise when the gas tank is full?

I had a part of the stereo come loose, it was held in place by a couple of plastic pins and I must have knocked it putting something in the trunk, I secured it with a zip tie and its good now.
