After driving my 2016 Maxima SL, each time I turn off the engine, a display appears titled "Eco Drive Report" on the center screen. It shows several mileage numbers (MPG) in graph form. What the heck is that? Not mentioned anywhere in the owner's manual.

 

It shows how many miles you have done per gallon after each trip.

 

...and you can cut that off if you like, but I kinda like it.

 

It's literally just your MPG average for the drive you just finished

 

Best I've gotten so far is 35.6 mpg. Haven't taken my maxima on any long trips yet. Just my drive to work and other random places. Been averaging 29.1mpg overall. Pretty Damm good if you ask me for 300 hp and 3.5 v6

 

My personal record is 40.3 but that was on a slight downward slope for most of the 100 mile drive. I think if I wasn't going 90 the entire time I coulda gotten it higher

 

And what do you think your mileage would have been on the 100 mile trek back up that hill, huh? ;-)

 

Oh definitely like 15 or something haha
