Navigation Issues 2019 Platinum

The nav unit does not function properly. It gets lost. There has been 2 times where it completely shut off and rebooted while going down the road.
the preset settings do not work when using serious xm radio.
BIG disappointment... it’s going in to see if it needs a software update. We’ll see....

Same here. I had a 2017 SL and now a 2019 SR and both have the same issues when connected to Apple carplay or Android auto, whenever driving on rough roads or going over a bumps/pot holes the system will reboot or disconnect, going 11/07 to the dealer for a diagnosis also for a camera recall, will update.

Tell me about the camera recall on the 2019? My 2016 and 2019 Plats both worked as they should so would agree you have defective units especially if road shock is causing the problems

Going in this morning for the nav / reboot problem. Will ask them to look for the camera recall while it’s there.

likewise, will update.

Well after allot of agrivation, the dealership is replacing the head unit in this car. Currently they had the factory guy there and asked him to look at it and in his infinite wisdom he only performed a factory reset. Well that failed to the point that the navigation tells you your at the destination BEFORE you arrive! Is about 1/2 mile off. Yesterday it now will not register the water temp even after it’s warmed up and throwing heat!
this car is beginning to display symptoms that it’s possessed! Beautiful car but, Beginning to resent this lease.

We are now at the point where the dealer is calling in an engineer from Nissan to determine the viability of this particular vehicle. Now it needs a sensor in the front as you cannot set the cruise. it had to be ordered. This car is possessed!
