Acceleration issues

Hi guys,

Lately, my maxima has become jerky. When i slow down or reaccelerate i feel a strong shock. Usually around 40mph. (You get the same shock in different speeds but i feel it most around 40)

Oil changes are done on time along with all engine filters.

trans. fluid is flushed and changed all filters

spark plugs + coils changed.

injectors cleaned.

Can it be bad mounts or bad drive schaft or even trans. Fail.?

I would really appreciate any advice.

Thanks.
