I thought youtube would have this, but no joy. It appears my sideview mirror switch doesnt work. The mirrors tilt down in reverse, but I cant adjust mirrors with the switch (assume its a bad switch).

Question: Do I ned to remove entire door panel, or does the window/mirrror switch assembly pop out of the armrest somehow to get at the switch? I saw a pic on a another thread that showed the assembly removed without taking off door panel ( https://maxima.org/forums/8th-genera...t-working.html ) but I cant find any instructions on how to do so. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

It looks like the arrmrest panel pops off - shown here on passenger side at 00:30
