I have a 2016 Maxima SV that is slammed. Was working on the car and forgot to hang the abs wire back up and it go hooked to something and snapped. Now the ABS in engaging on its own cause the brakes to scrub randomly. Will get it fixed but in the mean time just wanted to turn off the ABS system. Sounds easy right... so I unplugged the ABS fuse but that causes the car to no start. Looked it up and said something about that fuse being tied to the power supply and some other stuff and to check batt volt or ECU control fuse. I just need the ABS turned off. What do I do?
