SC/Turbo's provide Pounds Per Square Inch. Everything in this forum does not

And this forum is to help folks like krismax and tilley talk about new ideas and help each other.

These people want to push the HP max without PSI.

ok this is emmas97... tilley never logs off and if i take the time for this slow computer to go thru switching names, i will forget what i wanted to say.... all motor is a naturally aspirated vehicle with NO s/c or turbo. most of the power made by an n/a vehicle is from internal motor work (i.e. cams, pistons, all that good stuff), not just bolt on stuff like cai's and headers..... anyone can throw on that stuff and call themselves all motor, but a true all motor runs exceptional 1/4 times...... go to the track and watch the all motor division. (i hate to give this example, but...) watch the all motor 4cyl. classes and you will see civics that, in stock form, run maybe no better than a mid-16 or something, but as all motor, they run 11's and 12's.... thats about all i can think of. if i was wrong with any of this info or if anyone has anything to add, please let me know, but im not tilley, im his female half, so dont take it out on him if im wrong.....

It's here because technical all motor discussions don't belong in the boosted forum and they just get lost in the light bulb and TB cleaning threads in the gen specific forum.

This section is for us techno geeks to gather and talk about nothing but engines and drivetrains. Now we have a place to post our techno babble without having to weed through a hundred "what color LEDs should I get" threads. And on top of that, it bridges the vehicle generation gap and promotes more conversation between those that drive A32s, A33s etc.
