sr - if i'm wanting to go the ts route, then this would be a good option to go with also right? - very noob to this all motor stuff, learning from the wizard!

I am not sure if this has been discussed, but why is the rod bolts considered to be the weakest part of the rod assembly. Why would you assume that the rod would not bend or fail at some other point? Just wanted to know why the rods were not being replaced first. If the actual rod was not strong enough to handle the tensile forces at higher rpms than stronger bolts will not help.

NISMO...they only offer Nismo rod bolts as an upgrade with their ECU upgrades for 7200rpm use.

Well things have changed for this. I could barely find them and when I did I think I paid $195 shipped. Really sucks compared to what you guys paid.
