N E 1 here installed a Pathfinder

70mm TB to replace the stock 55mm (or maybe 60mm) TB of the 00-01 3-liter VQs?? If yes, pliz explain how, obervations, etc

Ask Stephen Max.. hes done it.. You need a custom plate to attach it to your IM
Edit... he did it on his 4th Gen.. he just put in a 2000 IM but I dont know if he kept the TB.

I did. It takes a different design for the adapter plate, but it's doable.

Wow, Mike....thanks....this is very, very informative and complete...awesome job...

It's definitely not for the faint of heart...what was the final outcome of the dyno runs, etc? Was it worth it?

It really a fairly easy project, I just made some small mistakes that made it take much longer than it should have. There is nothing real techinical about it.

I never did dyno it because I blew the motor
