Ok i just purchased a DE-k with 25k on it and i was wondering what i would need to do to get it to function right in my 4th gen. I am also boosted and have the 370cc injectors and pathfinder tb. Will my injectors fit into the fuel rail? I did some research and could only come up with a couple things like the tps wire has to be extended and the u have to plug up the extra coolant lines in the TB. If anyone can help please respond.

If you have Z32 injectors, then they will not fit in the 5th gen fuel rail. What you need to do is modify a 4th gen lower intake manifold and use it instead.

(PS - This is a shameless plug, but I can make you a modified 4th gen LIM ready to bolt to the engine and 5th gen upper intake manifold.)

 

Thanks man, the injectors that come stock with the DE-K are 240cc right? I have a jim wolf ecu set for 370 cc, if i jsut turn up the presseure on the fuel pressure regulator a bit, will i be able to run it safely at 11PSI before i get new injectors. So if this would work, what would would i have to raise my base fuel pressure to?

DE-K are 2000-2001 engine.
