I am trying to get more HP out of my car other than exhaust and intake. Is there any way that i can use diff. injectors and then a SAFC or something to tune it? Also what size injectors are stock and which ones could i use w/ out a turbo or SC? Thanks

if u want more power other than intake/exhaust mods... injectors wont do it (u might wanna read SR20DEN's "timing advance" thread. There's a lil trick you can do with bigger injectors or bumping the fuel pressure and leanin the mix with an AFC). Try stock 3.5 or JWT cams, Variable Intake manifold (either MEVI or 00VI), JWT or TS ECU, UDP. Or better yet, stick a bigger engine in there and call it a day

See post #35 in SR20DEN's timing advance thread (its still on this page, just look down a little farther) for injector sizes.

The trick is to either A) Get bigger injectors and cut the duty cycle back, thus tricking the ecu into advancing timing- or B) Bump the fuel pressure up and cut the duty cycle of your stock injectors back.

I think a VI should be done before any tuning.

Larger injectors don't give you more power.

In general more air gives more power. There is a "proper" amount of fuel to give your car, and it's the amount of air you can move in and out of your motor that determines how much power you can make. The "proper" amount of fuel is controlled by your ECU (and MAF, MAP, whatever) telling your injectors how much fuel to put into your engine. But until you can flow enough air to outflow your current injectors, getting bigger ones is pointless.

Think of this analogy, fuel injectors are like hoses. If you want to fill a 5 gallon bucket with water you would want to use a garden hose. You wouldn't want to use some tiny *** 1mm hose to fill a 5 gallon bucket, and you wouldn't want to use a fire hose either. You want the proper size. Unless you are filling a swimming pool, forget the fire hose, it's not going to make things any better.
