In case anyone missed the news over in the SC/TC forum, the Emanage Utimate can now read the VQ30 crank signal. Timing advance and retard, extended rev limit, and 2-step limiter are verified to be working!

It is said in that thread that it is the cheapest and most efficient piggyback/ECU mod that can be done. But how again is it the cheapest if it starts at $680 on greddy.com ???

No, they use their own parts and replicate the original product

Question... since I have a Technosquare ECU, can I sell this and get the EU and run it off a stock ECU or should I get it and run the EU off the Technosquare ECU???

Makes sense.... me selling that can probably give me 70% of the cost of the EU. Also, I plan to swap a 3.5 in next month.... will the EU still be beneficial since I will be using the 4th gen ECU????

Yes, your 3.5 would have your 3.0 sensors (timing) swapped onto it so you should be fine.

I finally found a good EB deal on Ebay and I jumped on it. I wonder if anyone has a support tool they want to part with.

If you know your software, you can add on to Greddy's. I remember someone making an AutoTune patch for the blue, maybe you can make a revlimit one.

Very easy to plug the wideband of your choice into it. When you do that it will set your a/f for you by itself. Great feature.

Oh yea, I just meant if it was a complete package. EU + wideband already set to be used with the EU.

I like the sound of the auto tune feature, but takes away the fun of tunning that line as flat as possible.

I prefer buying my own wideband vs taking what the company offers but they could make it an option.

You will still have to work to make a flat line the auto tune will just get it into the ballpark and saves a lot of messing around.

Yea, there would probably be far more acurate widebands out there.

I like the idea of that, would save time, especially if your street tunning, or save a extra pull or two on the dyno.
