Check to make sure everything is grounded, alternator positive is put on correctly and nothing is arcing. Check starter, etc. It's probably a wiring issue.

Double check everything is plugged in. Especially the crank sensors. So the starter is turning just fine?

is the main harness ground connected? make sure one of the vacuum hoses aren't disconnected.

make sure the cam/phase/pos are all pluged in and wires/harnesses aren't cut/damaged. make sure they are correctly plugged in, i.e. the 95 ecu has a switched Cam+phase in the ecu pin outs.

Make sure the 5th gen injector plugs have been spliced correctly to the 4th gen wires

good luck, maybe post a pic or two of the harness?

Did you replace the flywheel or use the original? I'm asking this because, if you don't already know, I used a Fidanza and the guy who installed it for me forgot to transfer the timing ring over. No spark was my problem as well as the crank sensor had nothing to read.

^^ I think so.. Since the timing ring wasnt installed there was no signal.
