damn it, can i not just go on the dyno and let them tune it?

Looks like a decent AFPR.
This is the one I just purchased.

The same type Tavarish and I believe Sdot82 are using. use one of those to turn town fuel pressure, they cant do that on a dyno. After a propper fuel pressure is set you could worry about tuning it with a piggy back later (like SAFCII or VAFCII . . . check the stickie at the top of the page for more info.)
SO, if I use the 5th gen injectors, I need to get the AFPR and a piggy back unit to tune the injectors down? or can I just get the AFPR and tune on a dyno?
whats the difference between tuning on the dyno and with the VAFC-II?
I think we went over this one earlier but ONE LAST TIME: Can I use the 4th gen fuel rail and injectors in the 5th gen lower manifold?

I havent heard of anyone needing a AFPR for the 00vi swap. . .

it was on the same engine where I got the 00VI parts from..... I never found an EGR guide tube unless thats it which it isn't....

you should just get everything install, as for fuel mainly getting it tuned but it should start fine.

but either way, I should invest in the VAFC-II? correct? or is the SAFC-II better?

VAFC-II tune and open the vi
I need the Summit RPM switch regardless of the VAFC-II?
The first thing I should get is the RPM switch, install everything, make the car run, THEN get a VAFC-II and tune it?
or can I just get a VAFC-II and it does the same thing as the Summt RPM switch but its much better(with much more options tuning related)?

hey guys, do I want a SAFC-II or a VAFC-II? and yes I did read the sticky at the top..... that the VAFC-II offers 1 or 2 more extra features..... but I want to know what you have to say.
Thanks
Thanks

The 2 features are
1.) More tuning pts.
2.) No need for an RPM switch, since the VAFC can take on that responsibility.

I have the FSM. But what am I supposed to look for?
So what you're telling me is that there isn't even one VAFC2 wiring diagram available? I don't want to mess up, especially since I'll be messing around with the ECU....

The VAFC-II uses one positive VTEC SOLENOID OUTPUT 12+, you wire that up to the 12V+ on your VIAS, and just provide a ground for it and bam your done...
Be sure to get teh VAFC-II not the VAFC because I've heard that some people cant get the VAFC to activate there VIAS (Jmeister I believe)...

what does IG Power stand for?
well s0ber put it in such a way that I thought it was only 2 wires....
I found this:
Red Wire - IG Power
Orange Wire - IG Power
Green Wire - Engine RPM
Gray Wire - Throttle
Black Wire - Ground
Brown Wire - Ground
What does IG Power stand for?
and wire up the VTEC Solenoid to the VIAS and is that it?
