How to properly adjust/set up OBX-R external FPR.

I'm working out the bugs on my swap. I had the FPR hooked up just as the swap sticky describes: fuel line from filter to brass T...from one leg of the T to the unmodified fuel rail and from the other leg of the T to the FPR. Then hook the return line up to the other side of the FPR (and, of course, run a vacuum line). When I tried this, I got almost no fuel pressure (regardless of how much I opened the adjustment screw). One additional tidbit: I have a couple of T's going into the FPR vacuum line as it makes its way to the intake manifold (just behind the throttle body where the plenum begins). What's the deal? Thx.

I'd imagine it would make more sense to turn the adj. screw in/clockwise to raise the FP?
