i dont know if this is old so please dont flame me. is there anyway we can get this manifold and will it fit on the maxima vq35de......

Looks like ITBs with velocity stacks to me. That setup is not force inducted. Also can't be on stock management.

they were used for FI before, but i didn't read the article, and see that they were used for an NA application.

The other pic I saw had a CF cover that could in theory seal the system and attach a maf. But if that engine is run like the picture, there is not maf. maybe speed desity? Or they could have gone real old school and run a mechanical fuel injection

you wouldn't use a maf anymore but perhaps a map using a aftermarket piggyback to control it such as an emanage...
ITB's have always been known to give good gains on engine that have good flowing heads that follow them...the only problem is it's hard to run it with filter's on top of each ITB to keep crap out of the engine---otherwise they are usually strichtly for track-only cars and run without any filters but sometimes just a screen over each to keep out larger stuff...
also ITB's while giving a good gain, usually give a ton of top end, but you loose all low end...you can tune where the power gain is by changing the length of the ITB's, then of course you have hood clearance issues unless you want to cut a hole in your hood! lol
