RPM questions?

After seeing jclaws thread i started thinking about at what RPM i would be at certain given gears.

Now what iam thinking is iam not sure how much more my trap will raise or if at all . But if i have to shift to 4th no matter then i may as well not strain the engine any higher than i have to holding it to long in third gear.

Cams for 07 my not happen for me but ill definetly have EU and my 3.5 IM without rear elbow that appears with the butt dyno to come on 800-1000RPM higher than "SSIM". wont know until i dyno but in a couple weeks i may have a dyno without EU but this is mainly for air fuel and see the state of this engine.But ill try the two IM's...

Ok so assuming that this raises my powerband enough to make decent power at these points,and iam hoping i can stay in 3rd gear .Can someone please help me out with some numbers.
the tires are 24.5 inch .
ok what would be my speeds at say 7500,and 8000 and 8250 RPM and in 1st 2nd and 3rd gears

thanks

Theoretically , on unloaded tires.

...........1st..............2nd...............3rd
8.25k = 47.9.....85.05595577......123.7055961

.........1st..............2nd...............3rd
8k = 46.4 ..........82.47850257....119.9569416

.........1st..............2nd..................... .3rd
7.5k = 43.5........77.32359616......112.4596328

With loaded/worn tires, remove 2 mph from those numbers. And remove another 2-3 mph because the trap speed is calculated over the last 66 feet. So 107-108 at 7500. You could go 7700-7800 and 111-112 mph. So far the N/A VQ35 record is 109.xx mph (Jime).

thanks guys for the #'s.

yeah the slicks are new with about 10 runs on them and i set the PSI at 13 to 14 PSI.
So the 24.5 inch diameter is on a unloaded ,empty and nonmounted tire?

From ill this info it appears i may always be able to stay in 3rd .we will see...

Oh and i think jime has hit 111 traps...

109 was the trap with his best time, and 111 was his best trap not time.
