The SMT-7 isn't like a standalone ECU where you need a "base map" to get the car up and running. It's gonna be piggybacking off the stock ECU signals so you just need to tweak those maps as needed. No one has used an SMT with a boosted setup to my knowledge and even if someone had, I'm not a fan of sharing settings. The whole point of a customizable tuning unit like the SMT is to fine-tune YOUR OWN personal setup. A good experienced tuner should have no problems dialing it in. Good luck.

To my knowledge the SMT-7 does not work with the VQ30 ECU. The SMT-7 needs to have itself programed to work with specific engines. This is unless they finally got around to getting the thing to work with the VQ30. Even if they did the Emanage Ultimate still has more features and has been proven to work. Me and Kevlo pestered them for about a year and sent them VQ30 ECU signal clips and other suggestions to get the SMT-7 working but they didn't seem to care...

I got the SMT-6 to work on my car because it uses a much easier way to read and change timing.
