It's got a reflash, with revised timing maps for the higher compression ratio.. Runs great on 93 octane..

The car is a handful.. as you can imagine..

Ah very nice okay. well now i know what im going to need and what i will want to do when the time comes. looks like an extra ecu and motor is the way to go. gives me something to do on the side and definitely a worth while experience to learn to build a motor.

Did the HR oil pump bolt up no problem on the DE?

I'm interested in seeing how the powerband looks from 7-8k with the stock manifold and 2.5" exhaust.

Took about 3 weeks total.. He spent a good bit of change, being that he had to buy a VQ swap into a B15 to start out with, and then, added head work, cams, built bottom, etc. The motor itself has about 4500.00 into it, with all parts, port work, and labor/machine work. That includes blueprinting and assembly.

I have a very similar 3.5L build to yours... the only major difference is that I have a DE RevUp, so I have Jim Wolf's C8R camshafts... currently using an Osiris flash and Haltech... plan to remove the Haltech and go all Osiris tune... anyway...

Mine made 312 rwhp on a DynoJet... Good luck with yours!

Have you ever thought about a larger throttle body and intake tube?

yeah.. that's the next thing that we're going to address. I'm fabbing up a sheet metal intake, which should be good for another 15-20whp over the bone stock FWD piece. I think we'll crack 300whp for sure..

Interested in your sheet metal intake.

My engine still pulled a vacuum at WOT on the dyno. That's why I'm pursuing the larger TB and intake system. I suspect it's the cams. Since you have similar cams, it might be the same for you.
