changing the shift point on 5spd auto 6th gen?

is there anyway to change the shift point on a 5 speed auto?

I was driving the other day and was wondering when our cars shift. according to the safc2 my car shifts at 6400rpms. but when you throw the car in neutral it revs up to 6600. Same goes for if the car is in tiptronic.

i already have the technosquare reflash that just raises the rev limiter but it still wont change your shift point. right? can anyone confirm this? When i got my tsquare reflash i told them to leave rev limiter at stock.

I feel like an idiot now building my motor with revup cams, hr springs, retainers, double shimmed, because im not even really benefiting from it because of this 6400 shift point. i was planning on raising my rev limiter to like 7300 but it wont even matter because the car shifts at 6400.

Is there anything i can do about it? I asked Jime about the suprastick but that only works on cars with 2 solenoids.

Not to be ironic but my first though is you should shift the autotragic manually... I believe that with the help of Suprastick you could probably change the shift point, it's been a while since I read about that but Jime has made a thread on the SS let me see if I can find it...

I email the guys at suprastick a year ago and they said they wouldnt be interstead in dealing with our 5AT's , now you see why I was so fustrated with the AutoTragic and converted to 6SPD.

Have you looked at Level 10? They advertise some Nissan transmission shifters.

IPT also has some interesting Nissan parts listed - dunno about the 5-spd...
