So he bought all the materials for this job and now he isn't going to build the intake manifolds? He is eating that cost?
Is he going to refund the Paypal fees?

This is really too bad. I had high hopes for this manifold using the 09 max tb/LS2.

He sent the refunds the day i posted. As well i had an ssim elbow modded to see what the tb will do. New tune on the 10th.
I ate the cost, but then again unsure exactly how much total was spent. I may have just shared n the loss. So ill leave it at that.
Figure he has the materials, so if he decides to make them n the future. Cost of doing business.

The sfr has been a consideration, but im from cali, and they are 35 or so miles from my house. Easy enough to have someone go act up..or myself if i had the issues javon, ranma, had.
I have a local JE Performance who will make them and garuntees the same gains as the original box mani. Thing is he wants 3 people to buy in at 15oo to start. If more price incrementally goes down. But initoal would be 45oo to begin the autocad process...
And i know how max owners are.
When i contacted him was reference my and chris (blackmax) refunds. He stood by what we agreed. Nyc had adked that he be allowed to handle his situation on his own; i thought at his last post he was refunded until we talked after but thought he had worked something out later.
I don't think you understand. Cantgetryte hasn't heard from me because he got his money back and I have nothing else to say past making sure he cancelled his chargeback. Which I might add pulled every penny I had out of my bank account for over a week with no warning after I had already refunded him because he forgot to cancel it.
I called and cancelled THE DAY you finally decided to get off your *** and follow up on the PARTIAL refund you sent me. I also followed up when you said you had an issue and sent in the papers to help your ***** *** out so dont get cocky *****.
Had you produced what you were paid for etc dantes metal magic and sparksmax03 would have been starlets of the community; the fact we had to chslase u like a lil *****...draw your own conclusion.
Ask mom for the last amount to make that last refund like we had to wait on.

$1500 for an intake manifold that has no proven gains is too rich for my blood, currently. You can buy a polished cosworth that price with proven gains, not sure how well it fits in a maxima though.
The guy on the 350z forums made one just like what sparks was going to make for only $800 I think. I might go bug him to make one for the maxima.

I paid John Sparks 420 + paypal fees.
He has still yet to pay me back and keeps claiming to be broke. I am filing a claim with paypal and any help you guys can give me getting my money back is appreciated. He stopped responding to my txts & emails.
He has had my money for 6 months.

no. when i was having the issue i sent him a text with a date that i would be filing a chargeback. After doing this gave him until that date and i filed. I also filed with the nc doj and the internet fraud division.
the day after i gave him the date he sent a text and we set up an arrangement for slightly less of the money since he had "purchased materials". In the end i sent $1050. I received 900 back. This was to assist him, and if he in the future made these manifolds i should expect 150 off since i had paid him a portion.
After he sent the payment of $900 back to me, i called and cancelled the dispute with my CC company *(Paypal is going to be of no help beyond 45days)*. He called me about two weeks later stating that there was a discrepency/chargeback on his account. I went back in, filed the paperwork he asked, and asked my bank to ensure it was cancelled as id received a partial refund. but that was WEEKS ago. If they withheld any money from him, it should have been returned. I didnt receive any extra. As it stands now he has not answered, but i did send him a copy of what i received after cancelling the dispute.

Paypal told me it is not their problem and they never investigate after 45 days and it doesn't matter the circumstances. I will call my bank next.

I took a total of 5 down payments, and all have been paid back except for NYCBLOOD who I have not been able to refund yet due to complete lack of funds between bills and the other refunds. Replied to his other thread, in any case. I'll send you a PM in a bit, darren.

3 months of i'll pay you in 2-3 weeks is unacceptable. If the guy at the shop screwed you over he should be paying you money, but I honestly don't care about how you supposedly got screwed over. That is your own fault. What really bothers me is your personal problems have become my personal problems and that makes me very angry. If my personal problems turned into yours how would you feel?
Go sell the aluminum as scrap and pay me some $. Go sell some mods(oh wait you did and didn't pay me a cent) go make another intake manifold and sell it. Hell I would even buy another 'hackjob' like the 1st.

Go ask your parents for the cash or goto your bank and take out a personal loan, cash advance on a credit card, goto a loan shark or pawn shop, sell some mods, you need to do whatever it takes to get me the cash you owe me. I know how it feels to be scammed by fellow forum member. My advice to anyone. Do not exchange goods or services for cash with forum members. ever. It's not worth the risk and it seems to happen ALL the time. I'm a forum junkie and see **** like this on every single forum I am a member off. It sucks because there are honest people out there. Only deal with approved vendors and yet still that's at your own risk.
