the swap once again

hello im new here and i have a 2000 maxima auto and a 2002 3.5 6speed parts car due to being totaled from behind i was just wonder would it be a easy swap since i have every part from the 2002.........

That would be a great way to go about it. Having a parts car at your disposal will solve almost all your problems. Besides the engine, you'll need to swap over the engine control harness and the dash harness. Also, the ECU, NATS, and probably the instrument cluster. I've only done this swap in the 92 Maxima. So I'm not completely sure what problems you may run into with your 2000 Maxima.

if you think of it like this: "pick everything up and move it over" you should have no real problems at all, you will need to switch over the steering column also because if you are using EVERYTHING you will need that.

the swap would be straight forward, remove everything from the 5th gen. then remove and install everything from the 5.5gen over to the 5th gen. Enjoy.
