00vi Tachometer Voltage: VIAS control solenoid valve
00vi Tachometer Voltage: VIAS control solenoid valve
Car: 1995 Maxima
Greddy e-manage Blue
I am almost complete with the 00vi but I have a concern. I show that my 1995 ECU tachometer uses 7V while the VIAS I took off a 2000 Infiniti I30 uses 11V-14V for the VIAS control solenoid valve. Given that this is a solenoid (magnetic) I believe that my ECU can not properly power the 11V-14V VIAS control solenoid valve.

What can I do to resolve this? Please note that the 2000 I30 tachometer also uses 11V-14V.
Thanks

you dont use the ecu to control the vias. you would use the aux channel or the nvcs off the emanage. since 95-99 ecu dont have a vias there is no way for the ecu to control it.
