Drive by Wire Adjustment

I didn't know if I was using the correct sub forum and if its not, mods please feel free to move it. Thanks.

I have been really looking into tuning for next spring and I have it narrowed it down to UTEC for what I am looking to do. Currently the car has a cattman headers and 3" catback.

Next up is SSIM, 09 throttle body, Spacers, 4" intake and 440cc injectors.

I would like to improve throttle response but cant find ref lashed Technosquare ECUs anymore which have the drive by wire adjustments (found one on an altima forum for $700 ).
There is one company on ebay that claims that they can flash ECU for $400 with decent reviews but I am not willing to be a test subject (they don't even have a working website).
I thought about adding sprint booster with UTEC which would run the cost to over $800 in which case I can go with haltech (but still cannot adjust drive by wire but i can compensate by squeezing a few extra ponies).

What do you guys think would be the best way to go with throttle response being key as well. If you think its not mandatory please say so.

Its really not a issue, If you absolutely want control of the tb go 100% full standalone. If you just want tuning your current plans are fine.
