Go to Home Depot or Lowes, wtc.... and get an "adjustable" hole saw. It should run you about $15-$20. It should have all the possible sizes you need for your tweets.

If I were going to ruin my image by putting tweets in the door, I would mount them as high as possible, in the sail panels. Or, in the bottom front corners angled up, almost straight up. Either way I would test listen to a musical / voice variety in both positions to decide.

Check the hole size on the installation instructions for the mounting hole size. I watch my installer(a friend) do it. He ran the drill reversed at the beginning as this prevents ths the vinyl on the door panel from catching and tearing. After that layer has been cut reverse direction to the proper cutting direction.
I put my tweets as hi and as forward as possible and angle them up and torwards the windshield. I also have time alignment in my deck so the imaging and soundstage are very good.

Good luck,
