Anyone have pics or instructions on installing a Basslink
sub?
my sub on my 2k SE is dead, and i want to replace it with something. heard the basslink was a good choice. never installed audio systems or components before, so wondering if it's something i can try myself or get will i have to get done professionally . . .

If you're handy with basic electronics the installation should be pretty straightforward depending on your current set-up.
I have mine installed on the driver side of my trunk. The signal was previously tapped from the rear speakers and converted to RCA through a PAC adaptor. Currently it's a direct connection to my headunit's Sub-out.

I've also got a basslink that I plan on installing soon, thanks to a ton of help from Soundmike here. 
Do you have the Bose system or not? That will make a big difference in how you hook it up.
