How about both in one? I have a Orion CS500.5 5 channel amp in great condition. It is 50X4 RMS 4ohms (75X4 2ohms) for your speakers plus 150X1 RMS 4ohms (300X1 2ohms) for your sub. I am willing to part with it for $200 shipped. Let me know.

its 250 watts times 2 channels, it pounds good, as all fosgate amps do.
