UDP help electical ?

Does the underdrive pulley help out with the electrical systems? Or take stress off the alternater/battery?

I ask because I have 2 rockford 10inch He's subs and a pionner 760watt amp and a light is also hooked up to that power. Anyways I fried a alternater so I thought a cap would help, got one and fried another alternater. So I took out the sound system. But then that altenater went bad. So now im on my 4th one.

please help....

Will my Maxima ever injoy deep, loud bass ?

Will I be safe with a smaller Amp ?
Can it be a bad connection ?
Will the UDP help ?

I don't think a UDP is going to help you there. The UDP is going to make your alternator spin slower. I've noticed when I put my UDP on, my headlights do blink when a deep bass note hits. I know I need a few caps

UDP will definately not help. It will just lower your output voltage by spinning the alternator slower. It sounds like you have something else wrong with your electrical system.

Nope, smaller UDP means the alt spins slower. So less amperage for the cars electrical system. The was a recall on the 97 Maxima alternator. I can't remember what the defect is, bad diode or whatever.

There is definitely something wrong. A good mechanic would have trouble shot the electrical system before letting you drive away.
