Running wire for 6 disc changer in my 2k

Sorry I got a quick questioin
Has anyone run the wire for the trunk mounted 6 disc changer? I have the HU out and was wondering if I need to go down the right(driver) side or the left (passenger) side or even the center, but that's highly unlikely. I was going to ask before I start striping out everything and find out the other side would have been better. Thanks guys!

Run it down the opposite side of the battery. One good thing to remember when upgrading aftermarket sound systems....when powering amps to the trunk, always run the POWER wire along the same side of the car where the battery is located, and run the SIGNAL wire on the opposite side. This way, you'll avoid any "noise" running into your system.
