replacing CD/Tape player

I just got a 99 maxima today, and the first thing i want to do to it is to take out the CD player/Tape combo and put in an mp3/cd deck.

What do you guys reccommend

I dont want it to be ghetto with wires hanging out

thx

No matter what you buy you will not have wires hanging out. If you havenlt installed a stereo before, its farily strightforward-just need the wire harness adapter which is sold at any stereo store.
