finally mounted my LCD...
Hi guys
I mounted my LCD after adjusting settings and whatnot for the past week. I bought it for 50 bucks... it's pretty temporary, it's one of those PS-One LCD screens and brand new for 50 was a pretty good buy. If i had more moola, i wouldda bought anothe4r one and later made em into headrest seats but it's alright. I am almost done w/ my IN-Car pc... i gave up on the "wiring into bose" scheme because itw as too complicated and just goin cassette-adapter.
For mounting, I took my old nokia fone charger off the flex-mount and kinda ghetto-rigged the LCD to sit on top. It's pretty stable... but i ended up using thick cardboard. I tried plexigass, but that stuff is too hard to drill into w/o cracking. I'll find plastic later and do that. Anyways, i will post pics tomorrow!
btw- the casing for the LCD is white so it looks kinda anoying because my car is black/black.... i am gonna paint it matte dark-gray to make it blend into the dash.

well the purpose for the LCD screen was also so i could use it as a quick visual when playing songs from winamp... (in-car PC). Hopefully down the road, i'll be able to afford 2 more of those screens and make em into headrests.
