amplifier mounting question

i have a nissan max and the rear does not fold and the seat back is thin sheet metal. i am planning to mount it on the sub box. any better suggestions?

Depending on the size of your amp ,

the back seat is great. I have 2 very large anps and have mounted them both to the back seat. I cut out an 1\2" MDF panel that fits on the back seat, and mounted the amps to it. works out perfectly.
