HeadUnit Installation, NEED HELP!!

First, if it's relevant, I own a 95 max, with a stock head unit, not a Bose system. I bought a Pioneer Premier 840, and need to know where to place my black grounding wire.
Where do I place the black grounding wire? or where do you recommend i place it?
And when installing a new set of speakers, (infinity 656i something like that), I can't screw on the metal frame into the door, where the speaker goes b/c there are two little tabs on the edge blocking my frame from fitting on correctly. Sorry it's hard to describe.
If anyone ran into these problems, please write back.

As far as grounding your head unit, you can ground it to the metal bracket housing the whole center console. Use a multi-meter to check for continuity to be sure. (I have my mine grounded here). As for the speakers in the door, what exactly are the tabs that you are reffering to?

After I took off the stock speaker, there is a bowl like shape left where you can put a 5 1/2 inch speaker. I'm suppose to put a metal bracket on the rim, but the rim of the black bowl shape thing where the speaker goes, has a lil tab that sticks out next to where the screw goes. Sorry, I'm not very descriptive.

You ground it to the metal bracket that holds the headunit and the two slots? thanks for the advice
