Cheapy Amp Decisions

Ok guys, I am not all big into the sound system thing. But, I do like Bass with my music. I have an 800 RMS 1600 peak Aluminum Audiobahn 10" Sub that I have been using for over a year now. I had a cheapy Crunch Amp that was decent, but it always over-heated and now it has died. I do not want to spend hundreds of dollars on an amp since I do not concentrate my car around its sound system. I have narrowed my search down to the following two amps and I want your opinion, other than they suck or get a better one....

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=1948245718

and

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=1947021711

I like these two and I have heard some good things about Lanzar.

Either of these two will be ideal for me. But I have a question about the resistence of my system. How do I know if I am running a 4 ohm, a 2 ohm, or a 1 ohm system in my car? I have no idea what these fools are talking about. Thanks guys......

The new lanzer stuff is not very good, look into something like Eclipse you can usally find that stuff pretty cheap on ebay. Even I.D. would be worth checking out.

Ohms are the resistance. Check your subs specs I think it's dvc 4 ohm, then you take that and wire it to give you the lowest ohm load possible to get the power needed out of the amp.

Ok, I finally found the specs on my sub. I have the Audiobahn 10" Aluminum sub. It is 800 Watts RMS and 1600 Peak. The sub is dual 6 ohm and has 3 or 12 ohm operation. Will either of these two amps power this sub to the extreme that I am looking for?
