Cheapy Amp Decisions
Ok guys, I am not all big into the sound system thing. But, I do like Bass with my music. I have an 800 RMS 1600 peak Aluminum Audiobahn 10" Sub that I have been using for over a year now. I had a cheapy Crunch Amp that was decent, but it always over-heated and now it has died. I do not want to spend hundreds of dollars on an amp since I do not concentrate my car around its sound system. I have narrowed my search down to the following two amps and I want your opinion, other than they suck or get a better one....
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=1948245718
and
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=1947021711
I like these two and I have heard some good things about Lanzar.
Either of these two will be ideal for me. But I have a question about the resistence of my system. How do I know if I am running a 4 ohm, a 2 ohm, or a 1 ohm system in my car? I have no idea what these fools are talking about. Thanks guys......

Ohms are the resistance. Check your subs specs I think it's dvc 4 ohm, then you take that and wire it to give you the lowest ohm load possible to get the power needed out of the amp.
