new car, what system should i get?

hey all. want to say hi first of all and was wondering if i could get some input from you guys. i just got a '03 se TE edition 6 speed. my question is, does this sound like a good setup head unit. if so, could you please let mek now where i could get a mounting kit for it. i work at audio king and they don't have one. i'm also thinking of getting a car started installed. all for $2300 with labor and parts. ya discount is pretty nice there considering the head unit alone retails for that price. anyway, if this is all possible, could you please let me know what process the installers would have to go to make this a success. does bypassing each factory amp required for successful install? tia and any help or comments will be greatly appreciated. thx.

kenwood 911dvd head unit.

oh i'm sorry, it includes the install and everything else. the install alone retails for about $1000. also the head unit alone is around $2300. the car starter around $600. so all in all, i'm saving around $1600 for everything. but i just basically want to know if and how this can be done. thanks. plus if there's an actually mounting kit for an '03 for the head unit. tia.

So you are getting a $600 car starter, and a $2300 Kenwood deck. Either you dont know what you are getting, can't type correctly, or you are seriously getting ripped off.

how am i getting ripped off or don't know what i'm talking about? the head unit is a in dash dvd monitor along with the player retailing at exactly 2300. sorry, 2299.95. the car starter is 579.95. so i'm getting ripped off by paying 2300 for everything? just wondering. i don't know what i'm talking about? here's just the head unit. again...

you are getting ripped off because the dvd does not even play most region encoded dvds and the fm tuner does not even match us standards not to mention getting the tv tuner to work right.
