speaker blown, what do i do?
I can't tell you what to do if it's blown, because I'm new to this forum and to Maximas myself. What I can say is that my back speaker sounds like it might be blown, too. But......it may just be that something back there is vibrating. When I listen intently, it sounds more like extreme vibration than a blown sub. I'm going to try to find out for sure what it is soon and fix it, because not being able to listen to bass really sucks. Hope this helps.

My bose speakers dry rotted, they sucked, and they sounded blown, they still worked but when you turned bass up they'd rattle bad. When i finally did take them (which is what i suggest you do) half the speaker cone was gone from dry rot. And they'd still play ... lol cheaply made but still pretty durable i'd say. But back to the point, Get new speakers the bose suck.
....if you're willing to drop $200 bucks at the dealer they will replace the speaker "assembly" for you, othrewise just replace the speakers yourself, although you might have problems with the Bose head unit...at least I did, but only with the rear ones
