Do you want the rear fill to have equal power to the front stage or do you want a more SQ setup?

In the old days, people used to recommend separate amplifiers for subwoofers and main speakers, but nowadays, it's not that big a deal. A good 5 channel amp should do you just fine.

The Stealthbox will really sound at it's best with as much power as you have money for, but roughly speaking, 150 minimum, more is always better. The Kappas are pretty efficient speakers, but again, more power always is better.. Shoot for 50 watts per speaker at least.

I like Dynamat or other soundproofing in the doors a lot, I think it makes a big difference. The Equalizer won't hurt either. You may not absolutely need one, but what the heck, go for it.

And many people once they have a subwoofer and good speakers, fade the rear speakers down so you barely can hear them, if at all, so the main soundstage is in front, not behind you. That part though, is totally up to you.

"SQ" means "sound quality". If you want the same amount of power all the way around, then get a 5-channel amp. That will work well and be simple.

Well, you don't really need much power going to the rear fill, so you could save money by not buying amp channels for the rear fill. That would mean one of two setups: A two-channel amp for the front stage and a monoblock amp for the sub -or- a four-channel amp that is 1-ohm stable. Then, power the rear fill with the HU. Or you could get a five-channel amp (like I did) and keep the rear fill faded down low, but it's kind of a waste of power.
