what all to replace?

i know that im going to get a new headunit, probably the new alpine 9815. i have a 97max with bose. i was told that i should just replace all of the bose, instead of going with the pac connectors. so i thought that i would put alpine type r componets up front, and what would go in the back? do i have 6x9's or 8" speakers in the back? what speakers would you suggest. i know this may sound like a dumb question, but i dont really know. i see the alpine component set selling from 150 to 250. does this come with two speakers, tweeters, and crossovers? every picture i see on shows one, so i dont know if i need to buy two or one? sorry for all the questions, and thanks for all the help.
