Just thought I would give you some info. I just got 2 10.5 Boston Pro series subs, in a custom inclosure. They are super clean and crisp, but still hit when you want them to. I am impressed with how musical they are. The only problem, is that the really really low notes have a little distortion at high volume, but I think a cap would fix this. I would definately recomend these to anyone who wants a good versatile sub, for people who like lots of different kinds of music, plus the minimal box size is a huge bonus.

I know.... I used 2 work at a stereo shop and fell in love with those Boston's. I bought 2 sets of 6.5 Pro's that I intend to put in my Max, and since I moved, I haven't been able to find the 10.5s or the 12.5s. I might have to either make the 10 hour drive back to my old stomping grounds, or find someone with a decent catalog price. But you are right about the distortion thing. We've put them in a couple of cars in the past and a 1.0 farad cap solved that problem.

Just gotta save up again, for a cap.

You might want to llok on ebay. They have some great prices on new 10.5's but they are hard to come by.

Where do you live at?

I got my BA Pro's from The Good Guys. I've got the 6.5's in the front and the rear, along with the 12.5. I just don't have a sub box yet. I'm lookin for a 1" thick box painted white on the inside. I'm looking to put a plexiglass window in it eventually. I'm thinking the best way to find the speakers you're looking for would be the internet. There's no shops around you that carry em?
