anyone who can install tweeters...

I am in MD. I am looking for someone who an help me install tweeters in the stock position of my I30. I think, using common sense, that the Bose amp in the doors probably serves as a crossover too... If anyone can help me or direct me in the right place for a FAQ about this... Or any type of help. Please, I cannot figure out what and how I could or should run this. I understand most of the other aspects of the installation of my new system, but this part is driving me insane!!!!

I just did mine. I put the tweeters in the same spot as factory. I just cut the hole bigger with a utilily knife to make the tweeter fit in the same spot. I put the crossover right about the 6" speaker, mounted flat against the door.

how did you run the wire to the tweeters from the crossover?(The same way the amp runs to the tweeter?) I want it to look like the stock is still in there, ya know? I still have a lot to learn, that's why I ask SOOO many questions!

There is a set of wires that run from the dash(where the HU goes) to each of the bose amps. On the driver's door, they are a yellow and a brown wire. Pass door has a green and a purple(might have been gray). anyway they are on the same harness and are side by side. I used those as speaker wires to the crossover. I mounted the crossover just above the 6" speaker on the door. I ran a wire from there, up to where the tweeter is. I just ran the wire behind the plastic, like the factory wire was. I actually ty-wraped the new speaker wire to the old one that went to the factory tweeter. Hope this helps.
