if you plan to spray, u're going to have to use multiple cans per doors because the film it sprays out is very thin, i would recomend using some heavy duty soundn deadening material thicker than dynamat extreme. do not use any sponge type material inside the door panel because it'll get soggy when it rains and peel off then it'll get jammed inside your window tracks

There are two answers to that question. "Yes" and "No". Both are correct. It's the same as dynamat extreme, edead, ramm mat, etc. All are based on an aluminum roof flashing material such as peel & seal. Every once in a while you get an old roll or a roll that didn't have the adhesive mixed as well. Brown Bread is marketed as dampening material.
